Short version: your invoice data never leaves your browser. This site has no server to send it to. The only third party involved is the advertising network.

Who runs this site

Invoice data you enter into the tool

Everything you type into the invoice generator — your business details, your client's details, line items, notes, payment terms, and any logo you upload — is processed entirely within your browser.

• It is not transmitted. The page makes no network request containing your invoice content. You can confirm this in your browser's developer tools under the Network tab.
• It is not stored by us. There is no server, no database and no account system associated with this tool. We could not retrieve your invoice data even if asked to.
• It is stored locally, by your browser. The data is saved in localStorage under your own browser profile so the tool can restore your work on your next visit.
• You control deletion. Clearing site data for this domain in your browser settings erases it permanently. There is no other copy.
• PDF generation is local. The PDF is produced by your browser's built-in print engine. Your invoice is not sent to any conversion or rendering service.

Advertising

This site displays advertising provided by Google AdSense. This is the site's only source of revenue and is what keeps the tool free.

Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites, and to measure ad performance. This processing is carried out by Google, not by this site, and is governed by Google's own policies.

Advertising is entirely separate from the invoice tool. Nothing you type into the invoice form is available to advertisers — it is never sent anywhere, so there is nothing to share.

Analytics

This site does not use analytics software. No visitor tracking, heatmaps or session recording are installed. If that changes, this policy will be updated before the change goes live.

Server logs

This site is served as static files by a hosting provider, which may keep standard access logs — typically IP address, user agent, requested file and timestamp — for security and operational purposes. These logs are generated by the host, are not combined with anything you enter into the tool, and are not used to build a profile of you.

Cookies set by this site

This site sets no cookies of its own. The tool uses localStorage, which is a separate browser storage mechanism that is never transmitted with your requests. Cookies you encounter here come from the advertising network described above.

Children

This site is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — for example under the GDPR in the EU and UK, or the CCPA in California — you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held about you, and to object to certain processing.

In practice, this site holds no personal data about you to access or delete: your invoice data is on your own device and under your own control, and we operate no user database. If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will change with it. Material changes — such as introducing analytics — will be described here before they take effect.
