This site is run by a real person and email is read by one. If something is broken or wrong, telling me is the fastest way to get it fixed.
I aim to reply within a few working days. Please include your browser and operating system if you are reporting a problem with the tool — most issues that are hard to reproduce turn out to be browser-specific.
What to get in touch about
- Bugs — wrong totals, a PDF that will not export correctly, layout problems, or anything that behaves unexpectedly.
- Corrections — if invoicing guidance on this site is wrong or does not match the rules where you are, please say so and cite what the correct position is.
- Feature requests — tell me what you were trying to do and could not.
- Privacy questions — anything about how data is handled, covered in the privacy policy.
Please do not send invoice data
If you are reporting a problem with a specific invoice, describe what happened rather than sending the invoice itself. The tool is built so your client and billing details never leave your device, and emailing them to me would defeat that. A description of the steps you took is enough to reproduce almost any bug.
