The service
The invoice and quote generators run in your browser. InvoiceMint does not store your documents, process payments, file taxes, or act as your accountant. You are responsible for the accuracy of every document you create and for keeping your own records.
No professional advice
Guides on this site describe common commercial practice. They are not legal, tax or accounting advice and they are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional in your jurisdiction. Rules differ by country and by your registration status.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the tools to create documents that are fraudulent or misleading.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the site or scrape it in a way that degrades it for other visitors.
- Do not imply that InvoiceMint has verified, endorsed or co-signed an invoice you generate here.
Availability
The site is provided as-is, with no uptime guarantee. Features can change. Because documents live in your browser, clearing site data or switching devices will lose unsaved work. Download a PDF when you send an invoice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, InvoiceMint and its operator are not liable for lost income, late payment, tax penalties, or other damages arising from use of the tools or reliance on the guidance. If a jurisdiction does not allow this limitation, it applies only to the extent that jurisdiction allows.
